How It All Began
Our journey started with Roisin McBride, whose background in property sales and student accommodation sparked the vision for something better — more flexible, more personal.
After launching McBride Property Solutions in 2019, the business grew from hosting leisure guests to supporting frontline workers during Covid. A turning point came when we were asked to house 40 welders in Leixlip — and just like that, McBride Property Ireland Ltd was born.
Through direct conversations with contractors and project managers, we saw a clear gap: hotels lacked the homely amenities workers craved, and long-term lets weren’t practical. That’s when we leaned in to provide mid-term accommodation that felt like home — with kitchens, washing machines, and real living spaces.
